Why does my ipad 2 wifi keep stalling?

My ipad2 wifi stalls in safari several times a day. When it does, there is a full wifi signal icon but it spins and spins. Also at the same time it stalls in mail and messages. Meanwhile other apple wifi devices are working. Eventually after maybe 3-5 min, it will start working again. I have tried hard resets, debug, shutting off wifi etc. I am not wanting to do this 15 times per day so is there anything i can do? BTW i have updated to the latest OS Thanks for any help.

Additional things to try.

Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

On your iPad go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings and see if that enables you to connect.

you can also try changing your dns, that could be the culprit. try manually settings your dns to 8.8.8.8 for example.

I am seeing the Wifi all the time, it just intermittently stalls. The wifi symbol icon is full strength and never goes away. In fact, under settings-wifi my network is present and checked. When it stalls, If I turn off Wifi then immediately turn it back on, it starts to load the page. Meanwhile other devices continue to work fine. I believe the problem lies within the ipad not the network.

Tried it, didnt work. Called Apple and of course the phone service is over and it will cost me $ to get apple care. it sure would be nice if apple products came with a free lifetime phone apple care.
