My computer's battery was fully charged, it was at about 96% and after using it for like an hour on Facebook, it's down to 66% Why so quick?

I usually have like two more windows open, and i have email open. that's mostly what i do.
how many charge cycles is on the battery (use /Applications/Utilities/System Information then select the Hardware Tab and the Power section)? How old is the battery?
If you are doing many things (streaming music, watching a video, playing a game etc then the battery will run down faster).
I have the newest model. And mine is the 15" inch

In the preferences pane "Energy Saver" have you checked the "Automatic graphics switching" (this will use the lower power Intel Integrated graphics chip rather than the faster dedicated one):
Also what is the predited run time when you are on the battery (after disconnecting the charger while at full charge)?
My cycle count is 36
And i already had that automatic graphics switching on
Take it to an Apple store or AASP and have the battery tested. The battery should not decrease by over 30% in 1 hour based on what you say you are doing.
I think i'll wait it out alittle, and then see what happends. Thanks!

Yeah something does not sound right. You can take it to the Apple store and a "genius" will look at for free.
