Gorgeous wallpaper in the new iPad ad?

Where does one get this fabulous wallpaper? It did not appear to come with my new iPad.

I don't think it's being 'witheld' or anything, it's just a Photo. Apple possibly used as a demo photo, they may not even own it, hence the reason it isn't included with the product.

And if you're here to troll, please don't, it makes the experience much worse for those of us that are here for honest reasons.

An agreement would have had to have been reached for Apple to use the photo in the first place, if it had anything to do with copyright issues. They use clips from movies all the time.

They don't have the rights to give it away, yet it's right on the front page, in every commercial pamphlet and display? Ironic much?

Now I'm going to start reading the fine print on Apple's website for mention of where that photo came from.

It should be here, in the Guidelines for Using Apple Trademarks and Copyrights.

I will. Thanks to the person who mentioned it. So many possibilites now. Usually, when I want something, I get it. I found the instrumental music used in Apple's new iPad commercial. 'This Good'. It was awesome.

BTW, this stuff is interesting.

I wonder if they explain how to use the word iPad.

Here, they have it displayed. Right along with the other photos that were actually on the demo unit.

Why show some any not others...?

I found this:

interesting indeed.

Everything featured in the iPad 2 ad can be traced and easily is available, and I'm sure this photo can too.

The pink flower photo is paraded around every Best Buy countertop, every display, every advertisement, every pamphlet, but you can't actually see the photo for yourself.

It's a beautiful photo. And I want it for my lockscreen. I also want to imitate what was done in the commercial just to do it for myself.

I watched the This Good ad again, it says content from iTunes at the bottom. I supposed they meant the clip from 'Up'. I'll keep looking!

The photos you speak of are common generic wallpapers. A photo like this one is well known, but rare to come by.

I want my iPad/iPhone to have that look of perfection like in the commercials. That particular photo is a staple.

I want the photo that's famous. Or infamous.

Well, I don't get it, but good luck on your quest, though I suspect you will come to a dead end. Apple is under no obligation to make the photo in their commercials available to us. As has been pointed out by others, Apple is clearly using that photo to show off the fabulous Retina display.

I myself have a high quality DSLR and I can take higher resolution pictures than even iPad can reproduce. So, for me having beautiful wallpapers is as easy as taking a picture and transferring it to my iPad. I also downloaded one of the free Retina Wallpaper Apps, which has lot's of stunning pictures I can choose as my wallpaper.
