Gorgeous wallpaper in the new iPad ad?

Where does one get this fabulous wallpaper? It did not appear to come with my new iPad.

Anyway, they are not going to do it over the phone. They cannot deal with emails and personal information out on the floor but they said that if I was there I could do it myself.

Really? After being so obnoxious and above it all, I highly doubt there is someone who would 'help' you with your 'problem'.

This is a non issue and I bet you are just having lots of grins and giggles about how you can get everyone so worked up over something so TRIVIAL.

I think everyone should abstain from getting dragged into this anymore and just let DreamOWD continue this discussion alone.

What's wrong with a little determination? I've been trying to get this photo for weeks. I don't think there's anyone else in the world that's as adamant about this as I am. Give up if you must, but if I had gotten my hands on the photo, I would have shared it with all of you.

Thank you guys so much. I know it's off-putting and annoying. If Apple shows a beautiful wallpaper or photo, we probably won't have any access to it. That's just it.

Do they do this with their MacBook Pros? I hope they don't do this with their next iPhone.

I can't get it because of my current location, but of it ever I ever come across it, I'm taking it.

This is funny. Now I am annoyed real bad. I saw a BMW add showing the driver smiling driving on a beautiful Rocky Mountain road with bikes on the roof and a beautiful girl by his side. i went out and bought one but it did not come with any of the things showed in the ad. I'll sue the bas****. Man that is a lot of posts for a piçture of a flower

Just because Apple shows a photo in one of their ads doesn't mean you have an automatic right to have it.

Either Apple commissioned a photographer to take that photo or they purchased the rights to use it in their ad from a photographer or stock image library.

Neither gives you the right to demand that photo from Apple. It is likely protected by copyright and licensed for a specific use.

You need to take a step back and look at your obsessive behaviour and your sense of entitlement. Neither are good qualities in a person.

You guys aren't even coming up with good comparisons. What really bugs me is that the photo is supposed to be showing off the so called retina display. How am I supposed to see it if I can't see it? Why is the photo a secret?

Why do people automatically say that it was taken by the ad company? Isn't Apple the ad company? If not, who is? Why do people automatically assume that it's under copyright is only used for special uses? No where does it say that.

It's up to our interpretation. So I interpret that they just overlooked it and never actually made the photo available. Either that or it's deliberate.

It did cross my mind, however, that these photos that they use are not taken with an

iPad, or some other technicality with that photo that makes them not able to release it.

No, Apple is NOT the ad agency. Does it say anywhere that the photo is in public domain? Why do you assume that it is?

Yup, that about covers it.

Now, please, go get some fresh air.

There is a point and the point is, to obtain the secret photo.

I really don't care that the photo is taken by some secret ad agency. And I don't care that it's under some kind of unknown copyright. Honestly that makes it all the more desireable.

The more you guys say that I can't have it, the more I want it. I can trace back every piece of content in an Apple ad.

Except that one photo. I have to have it.
