Q: Burn a multisession CD/DVD

So, I have Mac OS X Lion installed on my late 2010 Macbook.

I really need to learn how to burn a CD/DVD with personal documents with multisession: usually I don't use multisession and I can't burns documents a second time on the same CD/DVD... Can anyone help me???

 

How is it possible to burn a multisession with Disk Utility?

And, with Toast Titanium 11? Is it possible too?

This seems to work well on the Mac.

 

One caveat however, multi-session Disk  burned on a Mac are not read so well by Windows machines. The reverse is true as well, only the first burn is recognized.
