Why does my iPad 3 turn off, even while charging?

My iPad 3 is turning off completely, even while plugged in and charging. Then turns back on once it gets more juice / power... Anyone else have an iPad 3 experiencing this issue with the battery?

If you are charging from a USB port on your computer, the iPad is drawing more current than that port can supply. Try a different port, or use the supplied wall charger instead.

One mistake I made about the new iPad is trying to use my iPhone charger. Turns out (seems kind of obvious now) that the phone charger doesn't use as much power as the iPad charger so you need to use the charger it came with.
