The problem is that, my laptop is heats, few weaks ago a created the same topic, when my Macbook Fans speed were about 6500, and it was too noisy ( i tryed to reisntall my OS, now there now apps, and fans speed is about 2000 ( when i use battery). But when i connect the charge cabble to the laptop the fans speed increase up to 3300. So is it a normal? On the screenshot u can see that there no apps a running at the background. I tryed to use the SMC Reset ( by sleep mode, restart, and switching off) it helps for a little time.

To use videocalls in skype is too impossible, it's too noisy.

I just want to know, should the Macbook Air increase the Fan speed while charging, or it's doesn't metter ?

Same problem - my machine is virtually unsable when connected to power and using video - it lasts maybe 15-20 minutes and then switches itself off due to overheating - even with the fans running maximum speed it gets to104 degrees and switches off.

I'm going to try to put an older OS on it - Leopard/Snow Leopard which should be less processor/memory heavy.
