Got new iPad, How do I set up old iPad 2 for my wife?
Purchased new iPad, truing to move old iPad 2 to my wife, (she doesn't want a new one), How do I get all my info off, ie itunes, apps, etc.

Restore the iPad 2 to Factory Settings
First Sign Out of your Account... Settings > Store > Apple ID
Then reset the iPad back to factory defaults...
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings
