posts that don't belong here! Second time asking. First time was ages ago. Why not bring back the old ineffectual, for the most part, notice about not posting technical issues here. Its better than nothing. Or can the regulars just report these posts and get them moved?
I concur. Couldn't agree more! I don't like looking at this clutter, either.
If I got 10 points for every misplaced post I report for relocation I would be a Level 9 by now!

Not a lot better than nothing. It was discussed a while ago but the powers-that-be-who-must-be-obeyed decided not to, for the precise reason that it had always been universally ignored and would in all likelyhood continue to be so.
So it is left to us poor slobs to keep reporting...
