my blue tooth keyboard and mouse have gone crazy there just acting up the mouse response differently the keyboard wont turn off the caps light , how can i trouble shoot my keyboard, i have changed the batteries , recconnected someone help please thanks.

Do you have a USB KB to try?
nope still the same.
bootup with just the mouse connected if you can, is the moyse still erratic?
If not I'd highly suspect the KB is bad.
OK, did you try it without the Mouse & just the KB?
Does it do it if you boot from Lion's Restore Partition, CMD+r on boot, or the 10.6 Install Disc if you havve that?

Anybody you could borrow a KB from for just a test... even a PC KB?
I bought the keyboard online so i dont have any serial information , im running lion, the apple store wont help.

On the surface of the keyboard
The serial number of the Apple Wireless Keyboard is located on the bottom of the keyboard. The exact location will vary depending on the style of keyboard. For aluminum keyboards, the serial number is located near the power button or centered between the power button and battery access cover.
For the original Apple Wireless Keyboard, the serial number is located beneath the battery access door latch as shown below.
