Picture Frame and Slide Show Delays Not Working

I have an iPad with iOS 5.1 on it. When I set the Picture Frame and Photos Slideshow option of "Show Each Photo For" 20 seconds it changes the pictures every 5 seconds when using the Origami transition. Is anyone else having this problem?
