My company's website uses MS Explorer ie 5.5 or higher version. My new Mac Pro didn't come with it and I need to download it somehow. Do you have any suggestions/ adivce for me?

You can't use Microsoft Internet Explorer. It has not been supported on Apple computers for years.
You can try using FireFox or Chrome. Sometimes these will work. Or, as a drastic approach, you can install Microsoft Windows on your computer using Boot Camp Assistant or a virtual machine like Parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox and run IE from within Windows.
