How can I retrieve Cell ID, Location Area Code (LAC) and RSSI in IOS to use de data in a App?

We are developing testing tools for mobile network operation, IOS applications can do performance analysis but we need to identify the exact mobile cell that is providing the service.

Android has very powerfull APIs for this, but we cannot find similar solutions por IOS.
