Using the iPad while traveling.

I'm going on vacation and taking my iPad. One of the places we're staying at has high-speed Internet but no WiFi. I've purchased an Airport Express in the hopes I can plug their ethernet cable into the Airport Express and create a WiFi network. What I don't know is whether there's any kind of computer there. Will I need a computer to establish a WiFi network, or is the Airport Express plug-and-play?

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.2, 32GB, Wi-Fi

Download the free AirPort Utility app from the App Store to your iPad. That will allow you to set up the network.

ALso, if you set up the network at home, then bring your AirPort Express with you, the network will already be setup.
