In order to download a program (MATLAB) I need for school, I need the Machine ID or the Host ID and the serial number. I found the serial number but am not sure how to locate my Host ID on my computer.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
If you go up the Apple menu and do About This Mac/More Info.../System Report..., in the Hardware Overview window, will the Hardware UUID suffice?
