I also can not open "Screen Saver". For some reason I think iLifeMediaBrowser is wigging it out.

Any ideas on how to fix my Energy Saver + Screen Saver Pref Pane?

The error means that the iLifeMediaBrowser file is missing from /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/iLifeMediaBrowser.framework/Versions/A/. AFAIK, some recent update got mucked up. Most likely iTunes 10.6 or Safari 5.1.4, but that's just my SWAG. Reinstall the latest Lion COMBO update and then the iTunes and Safari updates.
