How can I connect apple tv with bell satellite pvr?

Well, Winston's answer is fine as far as it goes, but it really depends on what your question really is.

If you want to hook up the Apple TV as an additional input, you can do that. All you need is a second HDMI input on your Television set. You can then switch between the satelite box output and the Apple box.

If your television only has one (1) HDMI input, hook it up to the Apple box and connect your Bell PVR using composite viideo cables. That will still allow you to view the HD programs from the satellite box.

If your intent was to hook up the Apple box to the Bell box to record programs from the
Apple box, then you are out of luck. That is not possible.
