Can't print to Canon IPF610 from iMac running OS 10.7.3

I have similar problem and my IPF780 printing from my macbook pro with system 10.10.5 still gets the garodclfilter error : 3000 message with the Fast Graphic Process checked or not checked. I installed the new driver 2/1/17 and still error message. Any ideas?

Disable Fast Graphic Process. This is located in the Main menu of the driver. From memory you have to select the Advanced tab from the Main menu to see this setting.

The Main menu is part of the printer driver menu. Depending on the application you are using the ability to see this menu varies. For example, from Preview, ensure the print dialog is set to Show Details. Then change the Preview drop menu to Main. Then select the Advanced tab to see the Fast Graphic Process checkbox.

This did not help for me. I have an iPF8400SE and I running OS X El Capitan 10.11.1. The error message went away, but now it says processing job on my computer and the printer does not show data coming in. Thanks for any suggestions!

Turn off the Print Preview check button. I turned that off and left the Fast Graphic Process on, and it worked
