If your question is how to remove photo albums & photos synced from your computer to your phone, you remove them using the iTunes sync process. Just go to the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and uncheck the albums you no longer want on your phone and sync. To remove individual photos, remove them from the album on your computer, then sync your phone.
