i using iphone 4s 5.1OS and i only got 1 ID.i try https://itunesconnect.apple.com to login but it say Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect?what problem can let me know?

Was your developer account recently started or renewed?
Can you log in using your Mac with Safari?

i got iphone 4s but i using windows internet explorer login to itunesconnect and it say Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.
Have you solved your problem? I have the same one. I am totaly stuck in the process of opening up an account and posting iBooks.
I'm having this same issue - seems apple (much like google) makes it impossible to contact them 😟
