On my iPod touch 4g, I restored my iPod but need help

I restored my iPod Touch 4g because I couldn't download anything. So I restored it, it worked. But, when I restored it, I didn't find my iPod on the iCloud backup thing. So I used my sister's. Now, I want my old original iPod back. Can anyone tell me how? Or is there a way without contacting support? Thank you.
