sync ipad, itouch and laptop calendars

How can I sync my hubbies iphone, my itouch and my laptop all with outlook calendar, and can I also sync a samsung Galaxy tablet 10.1 at same time?

All help and suggestions would be very much appreciated - would prefer not to use cloud as tend to get double and triple ups or lose stuff.
