Problem when using iBook 2.1 version and the iOS 5.1?

After updating the latest version on ipad we found issues with iBook 2.1 while loading a Fixed Layout eBooks; when we scroll pages at the bottom navigation pan of iBook 2.1 for selecting the respective pages we found blank pages appearing in the navigation pan.

These are the screenshot are taken from iOS 5.1 version iPad 2. Kindly suggest us.
