How do I share computer screens in Lion?

I recently tried to view/share my mother's screen via iChat but had issues. I used to be able to do it no problem with Snow Leopard but since I upgraded (she hasn't), when I open iChat, a little window pops up asking me for my password. I enter it and it acts like I entered the wrong password or nothing. Is there a new way to share a screen or view another person's screen with Lion that I don't know about? I'd like to be able to help her like I've always had in the past when she has computer problems but I only know how to do this through iChat.
