I just upgraded to Lion on my 24-inch iMac. I have lost a few iCal calendars that I need to recover. I went to Time Machine to do that and can't find the appropriate file to recover. I only see the iCal application. I tried to restore the entire application and that isn't allowable. Where can I find my calendars?

iCal's calendar data is stored in your User's Library/Calendars folder. (To open the Library folder: Open the Go menu in the Finder, press down the Option key and select Library.)

Thanks for the information. I located the Calendar file and restored it. However, only one of the three calendars that I had restored. One of them briefly appeared, and within 2 seconds disappeared. Any suggestions on how to completely restore all the calendars that I had??
In iCal select Go Offline from the Calendar menu.
Restore from the Time Machine backup again.
Export each calendar (File > Export > Export).
Select Go Online from the Calendar menu.
Re-imoprt the exported calendars.
