For about 3 months, my front camera won't open. My screen gets frozen when I've tried to switch to it from my back camera. Also, when I try to use my front camera on Skype, noting pops up. It's very frustrating and I am in need of some help!

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.
Have you tried each of these?
Have you tried all the standard troubleshooting steps outlined in the user guide? Starting with a simple Reset?
I've simple resented my phone and nothing. I've also done about 5 manual resets and still nothing. Could there be something wrong with the camera itself?

same problem.... tried them all and when i restored to factory... it did an auto backup upon completion which overwrote my backups and deleted 4 years of data.... and front cam still doesnt work
