I just wanna know how can I delete my billing to my account every time I try to installed free apps its always showing the billing statement the card that I used is already invalid and I don't have any visa card pls help me to delete that billing to my account

Before I can stalled any free apps... But now after I used a prepaid card to buy apps. I having a problem to installed any free apps because it's keeps asking to my billing info to my account. I just wondering if you know how to delete that billing info to my apple id account... Pls help me
