I see guys copy a mixer to their iPads, how do I?

How do I and why do I need to copy or mirror my Logic 9 mixer to my iPad, looks cool but what the dealie-o.?

imac 21.5, Mac OS X (10.6.3), Logic pro 9

have a look at ProRemote on the App Store--this is a 3rd party remote mixer for many DAWs including Logic.
