You are asking in an Apple forum how to configure your Windows computer to allow Internet Connection Sharing.
Why not ask in a Windows forum? Or, even easier, on your computer in Windows Help, search for Internet Connection Sharing (ICS).

Your question has nothing to do with troubleshooting compatibility issues between Windows and Mac OS. therefore I suggest you take Bob's advice and post your qustion on a Windows forum.

Here we don't do Windows on anything other than Macs. Your hardware is a PC machine with different drivers and components. That way Mac expertise can't be of help.
