Can I use homesharing between my home and work pc?

Hi, my wife recently switched to iphone 4S and I was interested to know if homesharing can be done between home and office?

probably a stupid question as it's called Homesharing.....just thought I'd ask!!

The key constraint for you would be that all devices would need to be on the same wifi network ... so if the office is on a different network than your home devices/computers, then I'm afraid it's not going to work for you.
