Whether I can play a guitar on all frets, like a real guitar? If I can, please write, how to do this. If I can't then I need an update, because, i like playing metal songs, so i can't play them by chords or notes, 8 frets is not enough ;(

You can in a way already. Just record the solo, or whatever you need on the higher notes, but on the the lower octave that is available, then when done recording, you go to the track layout screen, tap the track and then edit it. From there you can transpose your entire solo section to the octave you want.
But I do agree that it would be better if they implemented it also as the way you described in your picture.
