How I Can change The APN on iPhone 4s 5.1 manually

Question

Hi, Someone know How I can Change the APN manually to use with Straight Talk, or how I can enable the Cellular Data network setting for change

the Access Point Name!

The Only information I found is with Jailbreaking my iPhone 4s but I don't want jailbreak!

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

If the device is unlocked, the settings should be accessible.

If the device is locked to a carrier, the settings will not be accessible.

If the carrier it is locked to offers unlocking, then the device can be unlocked. ONLY the carrier can officially unlock it.

Not all carriers offer unlocking.
