I try to submit an app to the appStore using xcode 4.3.1.
Validation is ok but when the upload starts I get the following messages:
- Apple's web service operation was not successful
- Unable to authenticate the package: 383327395.itsmp
- Exception occurred when creating MZContentProviderUpload for provider. (1004)
Does anyone already got this and found a solution?

Having this problem as well...
Actually if I upload through Organizer I get a vague "You are not authorized to use this service."
If I use Application Loader, I can see that it is the MZContentProviderUpload (1004).
Same here with the same error using xCode or Application Loader. Validation also fine.
Bet you anything this same problem will be fixed in a few days and reoccur in 2018... surely part of the moon's triad effect 😝

Just worked for me after the more attempts than I could count.
Me funciono, dando VALIDATE y posteriormente UPLOAD TO APP STORE, y entro de maravilla
I tried 3 times. The last time the upload finally worked. Keep trying a few more times.
Got it here too. Uploaded using Application Loader.
Only one strange thing... At the Background Activity I got an error saying:
Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly.
But the important is that it worked!
Same problem with Xcode. Hope it is fixed tomorrow.
