Apple TV will not play Apple Movies "says" need to connect to WIFI which I am, Netflix works fine via apple TV, but not Apple Movies

Just did the latest update on my Apple TV. We are able to access and watch Netflix via our AppleTV, yet when trying to watch a movie from Apple it says we need to be connected to WIFI or download from computer. This has never happened before, only NEW thing is the latest update. I checked general settings on apple TV and it shows me being connected to the WIFI of my home network... what gives here???
