Very Dirty Macbook Pro :(
My Macbook trackpad and keyboard is really dirty. I've tried using glass cleaner for the screen but nothing helps to clean the trackpad or keyboard.
Any suggestions on what I can use?

For the body, turn the machine off and use some light amount of rubbing alcohol on the tip of a clean cloth on your finger and stroke, wipe and remove. Do not pour any liquids on the machine, especially on the keyboard, only on the cloth away from the machine.
Change to a clean section of the cloth and repeat ad nausuem, until the machine is clean as it can be.
Rubbing alcohol in small quantiies is good because it dries fast and cuts the dried oils/dirt well.
But the object is your transferring the oils and grime to the cloth, it you use the same dirty section it just smears it all back on again.
There are some really nice citric acid orange based cleaners that do a fine job cleaning up a dirty computer, removing stickers and other dried grime, plus it gives a nice smell and shines up the machine because it contains oils. Same thing, don't use to much and wipe down the machine with a clean dry cloth to remove extra.
For the screen, use something like iKlear on anti-glare screen or window cleaner on the glass, never the orange cleaner on glass as it leaves oils on the glass.
For the tight groves of the trackpad, use a plastic knife around the cloth and dig into the groves, use a toothpick.
I don't use my new 17" MBP keyboard or trackpad, perferrring to leave the original packaging that came between the screen and the keyboard in place lightly covering the keys so air can get in, but dirty, dust, hair, crumbs and liquids stay out.
I use a external touch PC keyboard and mouse. I've learned from my 3.5 year old 15" how the Mac really doesn't stand up to wear and tear very well.

Follow the instructions in your MacBook's user guide. (If you've misplaced the user guide, you can download it from Apple.) If that's not enough, take it to be cleaned by an AASP or Apple Store.
Just use any kind of cleaning wipes for the keyboard/trackpad, even a damp tissue usually works fine. If there are particles and stuff showing up on your screen even after cleaning, they could be BEHIND the display, in which case it'll be a much more complicated issue...
