Q: Safari using extensively the memory and cpu time

I have got an iMac 2.93 Mhz Intel Core Duo with 4 GB memmory running OSX 10.7.3

 

I have updated Safari to the last revision (5.1.4).

 

I am detectting high usage fo memmory and cpu time, reaching 100% CPU at times when attemting to open some pages.

 

I would very much appreciate any clue to sort out the problem. Reaching the same page with Firefox ther is no problem at all.
