Just purchsed a 1Gb of DDR PC400 memory for my Mac Mini G4 A1103 model.
After installation got a One beep like no memory installed(detected). 😮
Put back my 256 mb PC2700 333Mhz- working fine.
Is 1 Gb to much for this model or incorrect type of memory?

Note you said "PC400" and the old one was 333 Mhz. PC400 is obviously too fast. You must use the exact same spec as the machine*:
Replaced with DDR PC 2700 1Gb from old Pc, same One beep.
Tryed with 512mb Pc2700- the same one beep.
Only booting with 256 mb pc 2700 and 128mb pc 2700.
Is it supported 512 or 1gb ?

I think the problem is you might be using PC Stacked or Value RAM, or some other diff like ECC.
Where did you get the RAM, PC3200 400MHz can work if Mac Compatible.
If you read my link carefully, you'll find both are supported, but the more finite spec requirement of the exact Mac model must be met by the vendor you buy RAM from. For MemoryX for instance, they list your model with both 512MB and 1 GB modules:

And note, though the Max memory is 1 GB. So you can only have either a 512MB module or a 1 GB module, and they must be from that page if it is from MemoryX.
