Accessing drivers for Farallon PN796
I'm trying to access the drivers for a Farallon PN796 USB-to-Ethernet adapter for use with an iMac running Mac OS 9.2.2. The drivers are online at

I had an initial problem using those files but then I learnt that I needed to copy the 'Installer' program into the same folder. That program can open the install script for the drivers but it refuses to install. It says that I am not running from the correct disk. Apparently the disk needs to be called 'ADM USB Drivers'. I have tried created disk images and even physical floppy disks with this name but it seems that the drivers cannot be installed except from the original diskettes.
Can anyone tell me how I can work around this? How can I edit the install script so that it will install from any disk?
