When i send messages using iMessage on mac to an apple iphone, it shows that message was received from my email address not from my number. Is there a way to show that messages are received by the mobile number not by apple ID ?? ???

No. It will send from your email address as it is not a phone
I find this as a bug, because users will not know who is sending messages. The only option which i found is that adding the email address to the users number on the iphone.
It's not a bug. The iMac cannot send messages from your phone number as it needs the SIM to do that but that is in your phone. The only way to get it to send from your number is to have some sort of software that can interface with your iPhone and transmit the messge that way and I don't know if there is such a program that does that
I recieved a replacement phone and now iMessages sent from my PHONE are showing up as from email not my number. Any idea how to fix?

You can change this by going to Settings>Messages>Receive At>Caller ID> Select your phone number instead of your e-mail address.
You will only find these settings if iMessage is ON.

I have a very similar problem like this. It just started sending my iMessages that I send from my phone using my email address yesterday. It has not been doing this. When i go to Settings>Messages>Receive At>Caller ID, my phone number is selected and not my email address but it is still usind my email address. Do you know what I could do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

iMessage does not actually require an e-mail address to function. To resolve all your e-mail/imessage problems: Touch Settings>Messages>Receive at>Apple ID:
Once you touch on your apple ID, select "Sign Out" Now, all that will work through iMessage is your phone number.

I had the same problem. This is what I did to fix it. On iphone i went to Settings > Messages> Send & Receive> Sign in using Apple ID . This worked for me. Hope it helps
