- Transfer iTunes purchases to the "new" computer:

iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer

- Transfer other music by using a third-party program like one of those discussed here:

Copy music from Ipod to new computer...: Apple Support Communities

- Connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up

- Restore the iPod from that backup.

please tell me what should i do to my ipad..i updated the iOS earlier but then when i finish updating my ipad suddenly shuts down then it can never be turned on again..please help???

can some one help me out

my ipod will not do any thing at all the logo pops on thats it i tryd to reset then stopd it so now just the logo comes up then off thats it

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

YEESSS!!!!!! Do not let it erase and sync. I did that with my ipod and had to redownload every song and app i had. It was because my software was so old and had to be updated to the newest software. You might as well unless you have loads of music and apps to redownload later on. You wont have to repay for them, only installl them.
