Multisession CD that can be read by a PC...possible?

I have used Toast 7 to burn multisession CDs. The sessions appear on my Mac desktop with seperate Disc icons ...no problem. When I try to view them on a PC, only the most recently bruned session is visible. Does anyone know if Disk Utility can do the job - or is there something else I can do in T Toast 7 that I am missing. I could not get anywhere with Roxio Support without paying big bucks.

My Mac has no trouble reading all the multisession discs I burnt on my PC using Roxio Easy CD Creator - It's just that I do work for several clients that requires adding images to CDs they already have (that will be viewed on PCs). It's beginning to look as though I may need to keep my PC just to do that. I was hoping to be able to switch 100% to Mac.

Since you are being paid for this, blank CDs are so cheap, and modern burners so fast, just copy the entire CD to a folder on the Mac, add the new images, and burn a new CD from the folder.
