It's all songs.
I've tried to Hard start it....and some of the songs also won't delete....do you know what this could be?

Yea...that's way over my head that article.
So a hard reset of the device did not work? What did you try and do a hard reset?
If that didn't work, you may want to consider restoring your iPod in iTunes.

I tried the reset and restore to factory settings.
Is it "broke"?
What about the other songs that won't delete off of it?
Can you test these tracks on another Nano? Perhaps it would be worth it to schedule an appointment at your local Apple Store/Genius Bar or Authorized Apple Reseller and have them take a look at it.
What do you mean when you say you can't delete some songs? How are you trying to remove them?
