How to share a folder to everyone in the networks without user account in my pc and without password

Hi,

Be default only user who have a account in my computer have the permission to enter to my shring networks and read the public folder in my computer, but i want to everyone connected (anonymous) to my LAN can see and write in my public folder, so no need for login and enter password.

How to do that ? Is it a group user for anonymous people in mac file permission system?
