PC to Mac mail problems with Migration Assistant?

Hello, I recently bought a mac mini, my first after 20 years using a PC. Trying to transfer 10 years worth of email and data across using the migration assistant but only a handful of my emails have arrived; none from any of my folders or archives.

None of my notes have moved across either; has anyone encountered a similar problem / know how to fix this?
