ipod touch is disabled for 22 million minutes and my pc will not recognize it

Place the iPod in recovery mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. For recovery mode see:
Put it in DFU Mode. Search google if you don't know how.

Like I said in my previous reply it does no good to reply to such an old post, especially one like this since it gets asked at least one daily

The iPod is in recovery mode or whatever mode it is supposed to be in to restore it but I don't know how to restore it via iTunes. Nothing pops up when I connect the iPod to my computer.
