Hey all,

I have a SL server on a xserve and want to use some of the drives on the mac pro for serer storage. What I was thinking is assigning, say bay 3 and 4, in the mac pro to target disk mode (not sure how to do this) and then mounting them to the server...connections would be through fibre channel. Not sure if this is doable, or how to approach, but it would allow me to expand my server storage without having to add any new hardware.

Any expertise is welcome

Thanks
