Have you looked in the Utilites folder for the calculator? Voice mail is not a separate app. It's accessed through the Phone app. Or did you mean Voice Memo? That's in the Utilities folder, too.

Both Voice Memo and Calculator are pre-installed apps and therefore cannot be deleted so they may have been inadvertently moved onto another screen or into a folder, as previously said Utilities is a common one. If you have checked all screens and folders, I would suggest you reset your home screen in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.
