I have an IPad 2 and ever since the new update my keypad only comes up sometimes - has anyone else experienced this and/or know how to solve this issue?

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

Thanks, I tried it but it didn't work. Not sure why this is happeneing all of a sudden. Any other suggestions are great!
