Hello. I have been having issues with FaceTime and iMessage on both my iPad and iPod touch, but not wifi on either devices. I've taken my iPod in to the Genius bar twice, and both times it actually worked on the network. However, it refuses to work on my home network, yet two other people in the household have iPhones whose FaceTime works just fine. I've reset the network settings multiple times, I've logged in and out of the account I use for both, and the software is all up to date, but it still isn't working. We did switch wifi providers from Cox to Century Link around the time mine started working, and we've tried disconnecting the iPhones from wifi to see if that was an issue, and still nothing. I have completely run out of ideas and possible explanations, so I was hoping other members of the community could offer some advice. I really appreciate any answers I receive.
