Have you searched the AppStore for your PVR name or contacted Panasonic to ask if they have released such an app?

Does your PVR even offer such remote scheduling functions? I know mine does via a web interface.

Why not post in the Panasonic forums, as you're more likely to find people who know about your specific PVR there than here.

I have the Panasonic DMR-BW850 linked by Ethernet Cable to my Thomson TG7823T Modem, as well as another LAN Cable to my Western Digital My Book World Edition II, and I want to control these products with my iPhone 4S

No, it does no such thing.

Remote app is for controlling iTunes on a computer or an appletv.

Has nothing to do with controlling a tv, pvr or dvr.

Panasonic has several apps, none seem to be or a pvr-they are for viera tv's, stereos or a wireless projector.
